Streaming Stages
Stream your talks, panels, keynotes, and other content on your streaming stage. Your attendees can sit back and enjoy your content hassle-free.
Use multiple stages at once to reach your audience with different topics at the same time.
Connect with your audience during the program with a built-in text chat, Q&A tool and poll feature. You decide which features should be visible on your stages.
Use Polls
Ask your attendees for feedback during your online event, gather their opinions on specific topics, or simply have some fun with quizzes - perfect for conference talks and more!
Our moderator view helps you keep track of everything. You can create polls, publish and archive them. And yes, you can show the results on stage by sharing your speaker view.
Attendees on-site can also vote directly by scanning a QR code! You can access all reports for your polls and questions for later evaluation.

Collect and moderate questions while speakers are presenting.
Thanks to our Q&A tool participants can easily ask questions and vote on the most important ones. This is a great option to let your participants connect and interact. You can manage, publish and archive questions in the moderator view.
Using the kiosk mode, you can share pinned questions on stream or on displays on site.
On-Site and Online
Venueless gives you several options for connecting your online and in-person attendees
If you want to give on-site participants individual access links to your event, you can mark them as on-site attendees in the settings and turn off stream autoplay for this group This saves bandwith while allowing for personalized interaction with chat, polls, and questions.
Workshop Rooms
Workshop Rooms
Our workshop rooms include everything you need and have enough space for up to 100 attendees. Of course you can run multiple rooms simultaneously, for example for discussions in small groups.
Additionally, the workshop rooms come with several features for your speakers, including break out sessions, language transcription and the optionto record sessions.
You can activate the modules for text chat, questions, and polls (as introduced for the stages) separately for each workshop room.
Presentations
Share your screen, present your slides, show your media such as images and PDF files, or embed content from platforms like YouTube, Vimeo or Miro.
You can also use the chat, questions and polls features here to make your talk more interactive.
Whiteboard
Our workshop rooms are the ideal place for participation and collaboration. Use the integrated whiteboard feature to work together and interact with each other.
While using it, your attendees are free to activate their cameras and microphones to chat and collaborate.
Content Library
PDFs, images and slides - let your speakers upload all the media they want to the content library. External content such as videos from other platforms can be embedded, and whiteboards are also saved here.
This makes it very easy for attendees to download or open any shared content used in your training or conference.
Inform and Interact
Your Schedule
Use our integrated schedule feature to get an overview over your event timeline. You can connect your Venueless setup to your pretalx event and embed the schedule directly into your digital event, or use our sample schedule file to create your personal schedule.
Include abstracts and information about your speaker, let your attendees see what session is currently running on which stage and color-code the different types of sessions. The pretalx integration lets you enjoy the full range of schedule features.
User Profiles
Decide which information should be placed in the profiles via the configuration menu. sk your attendees for short textsor socials, set possible answers, and more.
In combination with a simple, individual user profile, you can create an attendee list for networking and interaction.
Announcements
Will there be a spontaneous change in your schedule or is the next session starting soon? Let your attendees know!
Use the announcement feature for important news. Everyone on the platform will get a special notification and will be informed.
Exhibition Hall

Present sponsors, speakers, or organizations in our exhibition. Every exhibitor can place information such as images and texts in combination with downloadable files and additional links.
Assigned staff members of each exhibitor page can set up and modify their virtual booth independently. Your audience can contact staff during the event. Each exhibitor can be linked to a workshop room for presentations.
We also offer a poster exhibition feature for scientific paper presentations.
Customization
Your colors and more
We give you several options to use your branding for your event:
Set your preferred colors as sidebar and button colors and place your own logo in your Venueless world.
You also can change texts including the room names, the welcome dialogue and information messages.
Landing Page
Welcome your attendees on your virtual event plattform with an individualized dialogue on a welcome page.
Here your attendees can find further information like upcoming sessions from your schedule, speakers and sponsors of your virtual event.
Create New Rooms
Set up new rooms and expand your virtual event. Use content pages, text channels or even iframes to add even more material to your digital event. Integrate your event websites, speaker information or other tools in your Venueless event.
Access links
To enter an event hosted with Venueless, there is no software download or app installation needed!
Create individual access links with our token generator or an open event with a general link. You also can connect your Venueless event to a ticketing software like pretix. A ticketing software can automatically create the right access links for each ticket bought in your ticket shop.
In combination with our system for user roles and permissions, you can decide which user should get which permission for your whole event or per room.
Good to know: Your Venueless event can work with a custom domain. (+ This is an add on)
pretix (integration)
Integrate the ticketing software pretix into Venueless to offer your participants online tickets before your event starts. pretix easily adapts to your event branding.
You want special attendees to have custom access to your event? No problem - with pretix, you determine which tickets are assigned specific access for Venueless.
Great to know: pretix is open-source software and GDPR-compliant.

Integrate your schedule from the conference software pretalx into Venueless to accompany your conference every step of the way.
Organise your call for papers professionally with your own design, multiple languages and customizable deadlines. Create an attractive platform for submissions and let your review team evaluate your contributions anonymously.
With pretalx, you can plan your program efficiently by taking speaker availability into account and automatically avoiding scheduling conflicts - to ensure that your events run smoothly.
